Hunan Yunxiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the Chenglingji New Port Area of Hunan Province, only 3 kilometers from Chenglingji Port, China's largest inland port. The company covers an area of 117.5 mu (approximately 78,333 square meters), with a 3600㎡ office building, a 15000㎡ structural workshop, and a 10000㎡ assembly workshop. It has established a blanking line, a welding line, a surface treatment line, and two assembly production lines for its main products. Major production equipment includes laser dedicated pipe cutting machines, automated welding robots, CNC plasma cutting machines and laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, high-precision boring machines, etc.
Honors and Technology
It was the first in China to launch 30-56m self-propelled aerial work platforms with world-leading technology. Among them, the 30m platform successfully passed the results appraisal organized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the 44m platform successfully passed the results appraisal organized by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association. It successfully owns 39 national invention and utility model technologies. It has won honors such as the Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund support, the second prize of Changsha Science and Technology Progress Award, the Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition Quality Product Award, and is among the top ten brands in China's aerial work platform user attention, and a Hunan Province small giant enterprise. GTBZ38Z and GTBZ42Z won the Hunan Provincial First Set of Major Equipment Award.
Main Products
The company's current main products include three series of aerial work platforms: straight arm type, articulated arm type, and scissor type. They are characterized by complete functions, good reliability, strong load-bearing capacity, complete safety measures, high degree of intelligence, flexible operation, good micro-movement, high cost performance, and complete protection.
